I wasn't going to run today, but ended up working from home and when lunch time came around I couldn't help myself--the world outside was calling. So I gave it a quick (okay, a very slow and lumbering) go down to the jogging path and back. Yeah, not a good idea. I hadn't waited long enough since eating so I was sluggish, it was still fun and my form was a bit better. I didn't
aggravate the blisters, it was either a zero sum gain or did more harm than good.
Still sold on barefooting it though, man it feels so good!
